Markt Solutions - Fulfillment, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Markt, we aim to please.  We guarantee your satisfaction, but recognize that sometimes things just happen.  While we maintain a thorough quality control process, some items from our suppliers may have manufacturing defects, inconsistencies, or other flaws that render the item imperfect.  The following terms cover the return or exchange of defective or unsatisfactory items, and the financial refund or credit associated with the exchange of goods.

Online Orders:

  • Merchandise ordered via this website will be delivered to the applicable recipient(s)/organization(s) within the timeframe specified on each store page. 
  • Merchandise purchased through an organization sponsored apparel program will be distributed by the sponsor organization, at the discretion of the authorized agents of the sponsoring organization.
  • Merchandise may also be picked up at Markt if the sponsoring organization has made such plans.
  • Merchandise purchased by individuals not associated with any sponsoring organization will be fulfilled within the timeframe specified on each store page and shipped/mailed to the individual via selected carrier and appropriate time in transit.

Custom Orders (private label apparel, decorated merchandise)

  • All custom orders are typically processed in 7-10 business days unless otherwise agreed to at the time of order placement.
  • Custom orders must be placed via phone, fax, email or in person and not online.
  • Rush service may be available.  Additional fees may apply.  Some apparel may not qualify for expedited fulfillment.  Please call a customer service representative to discuss expedited orders.

Returns and Cancelled Orders:

  • It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order before any alterations or embellishments are made. Returns must be authorized by Markt in advance.
  • Altered or embellished garments, excluding irregulars, are not returnable.
  • Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
  • Cancelled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
  • Merchandise that is not Markt’s will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by Markt.
  • Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable.
  • All returns must be prepaid.

School Uniforms:

We are happy to accept items returned for exchange or refund that were purchased within the current school year - September to June - and are in original condition with all size tags, including paper hanging tags, still attached.

Please try items on for size before removing size tags or washing!

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges on Items:
That have been worn or washed • That have names written or sewn into them
That have been altered or hemmed • That were purchased during a previous school year

Return shipping is your responsibility.
