Can I customize a design I see on your site?

Yes! Any design on our site can be customized to your chapter’s needs. If you start with a design on our site, you can easily outline all the changes you want made to the design so that we can get you the perfect shirt for your chapter or group!  We can also customize a design of your own as well, just submit it to our design team and they can make the changes.

Do you offer Group Ordering Online?

Yes! As soon as we finalize a design and a quote for your project, we can set up an online store link for your order! On this store, each member of your group can order the size, style and quantity they choose and check out using their own debit card, credit card or PayPal account! Once the ordering window has ended, we will close the group ordering store, send your order to production and bulk ship it to whoever is coordinating the order!

After I place my order, how long will it take to receive it?

For a bulk order, after the order goes into production, it will take 7-10 business days for your order to arrive on your doorstep! If you ordered from an online store or if your order is being individually shipped, your order should arrive to you about 3- 4 weeks from when the online store closes!

How do I pay for an order?

If you are paying for a bulk order, you can pay your invoice via check by mail, online with a credit/debit card, or through PayPal! If each member of your group wants to pay with their own card or paypal, contact your account manager about setting up an online store for online group ordering.

Are you an Officially Licensed Greek Company?

We are! A percentage of all sales with licensed chapter marks goes back to each chapter’s headquarters. In order to print licensed marks (greek letters, crests etc.), chapters are required to order from an officially licensed company. All officially licensed companies are required to abide by the design standards that your organization sets forth.

What is your Return Policy?

Since all orders are custom produced, we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We must be notified of the defective/incorrect item(s) within 30 days of product delivery. After 30 days the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received. We are not responsible for the treatment of the product(s) you receive after it has been delivered such as how you wash or wear your product. If an order is delivered with a misprint or defect, it is at Markt's discretion to give the option of reprinting or refunding the customer for the item(s).

You are responsible for ordering correctly. We are not responsible for instructions that we do not receive, instructions we receive late or instructions that are not possible to follow. We are also not responsible for any incorrect instructions you may provide. We do not accept responsibility for any errors that are entirely the responsibility of the customer, such as misspellings, incorrect sizes, incorrect proof versions, etc. Reprinting for such errors will be done at the customer's expense.

Markt is not responsible for items that must be discontinued because they are no longer available from the vendor. We reserve the right to modify our website including these policies at any time without notice. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these policies.
